Our Cancellation Policy
I realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to move, change, or cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that you provide at least 48 HOURS notice.
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services.
In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged and will be handled on case-by-case scenario.
No-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the booked services. Our policy is in effect and highly enforced.
All cancellations must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or texted to (587) 777.8631. Social media messages will not be valid.
A credit card is required to book and secure an appointment. Clients who do not wish to provide a credit card may pre-pay 50% of their service via our secure online payment link to reserve their appointment time.
No kids in the salon.As much as I love hearing about your kids, please leave them at home. There is limited space in the salon and I want to ensure every client has a peaceful and pleasant salon experience. Kids are welcome if they have an appointment
I understand that things may happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment. I am committed to doing everything I can to accommodate you, however, if your late arrival prevents me from performing the full service in the time allotted for your appointment, I reserve the right to charge you in full for the service, reschedule you with a late arrival fee, or charge you a no show fee, which is payment in full for the time wa reserved as I would be unable to fill that spot.
Repeated Late Arrival, Cancellations, Rescheduling
Bette Studio reserves the right to turn away guests with repeated late arrivals, cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows, or may require upfront payment for future bookings to respect our stylist’s time and schedule.
