How do I book an appointment?

Please email hello@bettestudio.com or use the online booking link here to book your appointment. A credit card or 50% deposit is required to book all appointments.

How do I contact the salon?

It is best to email hello@bettestudio.com to get in touch. As an independent stylist, I answer all emails between 7-10am , although I do my best to check emails throughout all business days.

How do I cancel my appointment?

All confirmation emails are sent 72 hours prior to any appointment. You can use the "cancel/ reschedule" button to adjust your appointment prior to the 48 hour cancellation window. You can also email hello@bettestudio.com. Please note any cancellations or rescheduling that takes place within the 48 hour window will incur a late cancel fee of 50%.

Where are you located?

Bette Studio is located in Citizen Salon Studios. We are located on the 3rd floor above James Joyce pub. Enter the building using the door beside the James Joyce patio on 24 Ave or the door marked "reserved for deliveries" on the second level and take the elevator to the third floor. Bette Studio is located to the right of the elevator.

Where do I park?

Bette Studio is located next to the Trolley Square parking lot. You can access the bottom level off 24 Ave or the second level through the alley off 4 street. The second level has many marked Citizen stalls. These are free to park in. The rest of the stalls are Park Plus and your vehicle MUST be registered. There is also plenty of 2 hour parking located on the streets as well as a parking lot attached to Earls. Citizen and Bette Studio does not reimburse for parking tickets, please make sure you take care of this before entering the studio.

What if I don't like my hair?

I want nothing more than for you to love your hair. All services are able to be altered within 7 days of your appointment, with the exception of going lighter. This is a service that may take more than one session and is not done as an alteration.
